Privacy Policy

Who we are

Grand VIVAHA is the invitation-only tier of VIVAHA.AI, operated by an Indian subsidiary of InScotia Limited (United Kingdom, Company No. SC864995). Data submitted through this site is controlled by the Indian operating entity; cross-border transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses and the DPDP Act, 2023.

What we collect

Only what the application form asks for: your name, contact details, a short description of the occasion, and the referral context. We do not collect any data silently. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or trackers of any kind.

When the application is submitted, our server additionally records a short identifier for the submission, the time it was received, the browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of the originating IP address. We never store the raw IP. The hash is used only to honour the rate-limit (three applications per address per day) and to investigate abuse.

How we store it

Application data is held in an encrypted store, with access limited to a small number of named admissions team members — no more than three. Access is audited. Declined applications are deleted within ninety days of decision unless you have asked us to keep them open. Accepted applications are transferred into our member system and deleted from the admissions store.

Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, erasure where legally permitted, and withdrawal of consent. Write to deletion@grand.vivaha.ai to ask us to delete an application at any time; we honour these within fourteen calendar days.

You may also nominate a representative — for example, a family office — to act on your behalf, and file a grievance through our Data Protection Officer at privacy@grand.vivaha.ai.

Cross-border transfers

Certain engineering functions are performed from the United Kingdom by InScotia Limited. Transfers are limited to those functions, contractually governed, and subject to UK GDPR and DPDP requirements. We do not transfer member data for any other purpose.

NDAs and network partners

Every planner, venue and artisan in our working network is under a written NDA with Grand VIVAHA before any member information is shared. Where an occasion requires introducing a new partner, we do so only with your advance knowledge.
